Course Notes | The course covers computational methodologies applied to analyze data in the broad fields of bioinformatics and big data mining. Topics covered include machine learning, python scripting, cloud computing, data visualization, full stack deployment, GitHub, and database programming. Students will be required to complete small programming assignments throughout the course. The course will use Jupyter Notebooks to run most tutorials. | |||
